SAFPLATE On A Grid
Redco SAFPLATE is a versatile fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) product. Designed as an anti-skid multipurpose plate available with medium or coarse surfacing and is both electrically non-conductive and fire resistant. What people don’t know is that we can supply SAFPLATE bonded onto pultruded or molded FRP providing a solid, seamless surface. This is important in several applications where a raised surface is required or FRP grating is desired but the spaces in between the bearing bars serve some sort of challenge (such as dropping small objects or tripping). It opens up new solutions for FRP grating that most people probably do not even know exists.
